you know what I find fascinating is at the beggining of the games, I havent spent my points yet and I got a ton of medals, then about day 4 or 5 i used my points and all of a sudden Petrova stopped getting medals... Shocked

Modern Pentathlon? Raffore Islands win bronze in pentathlon? I didn't put any points in that sport! I have double checked on the list of sports I have allocated the points to but my list shows that I put no point in the pentathlon! Now I really think that the PAS system is not working what it should be doing.

actually all the PAS really does is increase your chances of winning not what you'll win trust me if that was the case I would have won more medals in swimming than 0

I know that, but the point is, I really didn't put in any points in the modern pentathlon. Don't tell me that every nations will have to participate in all sports and the PAS is just to increase the chances of winning.

Raffore, found the problem:

Modern Pentathlon: 0
Single Sculls: 20
Double Sculls: 20
Quadruple Sculls: 20
Eights: 20
WindSurfing: 20
Laser Class: 20

As you can see there was a long series of 20s, I accidentally entered 20 into the modern pentathlon field in the spreadsheet. Apologies, but it's a free medal eh?

One mistake out of 7719 cells isn't bad going I think Razz.

PAS is working perfectly, any mistakes are either not mistakes or are down to me entering data incorrectly not the system failing.

And canuck, you entered 10 into windsurfing.

Everybody does make mistakes. Don't you agree? And this mistake could be a mind trick as your eyes see a string of 20s, while made your brain think that the whole list have 20 points.

Well, I'm glad that the PAS is working fine. Now, how many free medals can I get?
