The Houses of Congress and Senate in Rorysville made their last action before Christmas Break a historic one.Last week President McNall brought forth an issue of Joining the scandia Union.After a week of Debate and assurances the Houses of the Governing body have agreed and this issue will be decided by the people.In this Referendum the Nation will vote for Joining the Scandia Union or not quite simple and in the same course could chang the Nation.The Referendum vote will be held on Januray 7th 2008 all registered voters are eligible to cast your vote.after the Referendum is pased their will be 2 more steps to clear tjis within the Rorysville Constitution.The whole Referendum Process is outlined Below

1-President brings the Issue to Congress and Senate
2-Congress and Senate Debate Seperatly over the issue
3-Congress and Senate Debate together and bring it to a Motion
4-A Motion is passed and a date is set for a Referendum Vote
5-Referendum is voted by the Public for the Public
6-After a passed Referendum the Judiciaury Commitee must assure all issues are in complience with the Constitution
7-the President must Sign the official Refferendum Declaration

the Last Referendum in Rorysville was held 15 years ago and that was to bring the Domestic Pro Sports Leagues under a Governing body and under Government funding to ensure all Domestic Leagues are sustained allowing Athletes to have a healthy Carreer.

ARV 747-8
The RVAI Built 747-8 uses Revolutionary technolgies increasing the fuel efficency and at the same time increasing the passanger capacity.the 747-8 has 5m more fuselage than a 747-400.The 747-8 also uses the same powerplants as the 787 as wellas incorparates the blended win design.The 747-8 will Start replacing older 747-400's in AirRV's current fleet within the next 2 weeks

Along with the new 747-8 comes the 747-8F.TheFreighter Model will add more capacity than the current run of 747-200ADV's in use as wellas giving the same benifits that the 747-8 series.The 747-8F will start replacing the remaining 747-200F's in the next week followed by full scale replacement of all the 747-200ADV's.


ARV 787-900
The 787-900 series will answer the need of fuel efficient queit aircraft desire.The 787-900's will also mark a revolutionary leap for the RV Aerospace industry both in engine and fuselage technologies.The 787-900's will replace the 767's in AirRV Service starting in a month or two.

SHA-Sandy Hook was founded as a Regional Arm for Island Jet in the Island Territories.but with statehood looming and a feeling that Lacroix could use it's own Airline Sandy Hook Aviation Seperated from Island Jet and became Sandy Hook Airlines with the separation a whole new fleet is expected and with the oening of La-Ha international Airport in June of 2009 SHa will haveit's tru ehub and plans include purchase of a long range aircraft to reach the mainland(Likely Purchases for SHA's fleet MRIA A330/A340,RVIA 787,747-8)

MBA-Mountain Breeze Airways is Based in St.Pierre at James Mountain Municiple Airport it serves as the Artic Link for Rorysville's Artic Communities.The Airline has hit some financial troubles as it tries to modernize it's fleet due to the Stage I ban on Aircraft.The Airline has made some trademarks though in it's exsitance as it's aircraft are regularly stuck in snow drifts at the Artic Airports the 737-200's Have also made use of Ice Runways in the Extreme north.

well here we are Election Night and with all Polls closed we can now start relaying the results

To understand an Election in Rorysville there are 4 Results that factor in a Referendum/President/Governer will have to win over or the Majority over
1-Popular Vote-This is the actuall vote done by the people
2-State Vote-Lesser used in most recent Elections historically the State Vote is done by Districal in which the Popular vote could be won but the State it'self will vote for what the districs decided in the event of a tie the popular vote wins out
3-The Constitutional Representatives College-Like the American Electoral College this is a Vote done by the founding States(Rorysville,York,Polaris,Marceau, Inverness) From this a vote can be won or lost
4-State Adoption-A Mere formality a Majority of the 12 States is needed to win the Adoption/Ratification process
in the case of a referndum the President and Congress most both adot the now Messure(referndum) once it passes the vote.Usually the President is the First to sign the Messure on the Night of the Referndum Vote,Congress will also sign and adot the messure in the days later.

the firts new Series of Aircraft is the CRJ-1000 manufactured by York/Sherbrooke Based CAC(Coastal Aircraft Corparation) the 1000 will replace some of the DC-9's as well as the CRJ-1000's

AirRV has also ordered ERJ 195's to help in replacing the MD-80's


CAC Aerospace's answer to the Stage I Ban the C130 Series is a direct replacement for the 737-200 Series as well as the DC-9 and MD-80's it also complies with the proposed Stage II Ban by replacing the 737-500 the aircraft will help fill the need for 130-150 passengers.The C-Series Will also feature the C110 which will have 100-120 passenger capacity.
