haha...im actually filipino, so i modeled the Petrovan flag after the philippine flag. You can keep that, but if you want the Petrovan Flag bat than just pm me. Thanks mitsos, I like the building too. Where'd you get it? It looks like the presedential palace in the philippines!

Becoming ISC member was something that I wanted since I placed my bid for the August Simlympics. I m a person that strongly believe in the Olympic values; friendship, fair play, peaceful coexistence of different cultures ideas and beliefs. Sim city is more than a game to me. Is an expression of the imagination, an expression of creation. This site brought together different people all around the globe. During these strange days where values falling apart, athletism is one of the few values that the modern world can based on, can be inspired. Being a member of the ISC is commitment. I would like to congratulate all the new ISC members and also to thank Slacker for his trust.
