I will say that its better than the cities I've done, I think, add some suburbs, just some low and med density residential zoning and commercial and thicken the trees. I can't remember what exactly it was but there is some key combination, I think its like ctrl+alt+shift that will let you do god mode again like at the start, but if you leave god mode you'll have to hit thet combo again. It is a cheat so its your opinion. Just giving you my pov.

ctl+shift+alt while hitting the god mode button will give you what your looking for.

and yes just my opinion but from what I've seen you still need to work on the layouts and stuff feel free to bid by all means.
