the Army held it's annual Taste Fest held outside the Presidential Residence and on the Presidential Square

food from all over the world as well as some music(mind you Summerslam kinda takes music lol)

Set-ups around the capital have started for the Fireworks on the 7th
a Large Street Fair will Start Tonight and run through the 7th culminating with the National Fireworks Display at the Capital.

and in the Artic North of Rorysville the sun doesn't set for a month straight and Quaqtaq has the nations only Daylight Fireworks show

in Rorysville City Fireworks were at the Bayside Heighst waterfront and the Final night of Summerslam at Celtic Field featured Green Day

Tommorrow will See the RVFL season Starting up with the Rorysville Claymoores taking on their bitter Rival the Rorysville Assasins

and also today was the first official Game of the RVFL season as the Marceau Galaxy took on the Defending Champions the Rorysville Rangers at the Galaxy's new home Marceau Bank Field

The Galaxy Won 38-11
also in Marceau the 4 Corners Fireworks Were on full display at Invasion Field/Downtown,Mountain Centre,University Parc,and Marceau Bank Field


and in Laval the thunder over the penisula Happened with Boaters Galour Enjoying the show on the water and crowds near 1 million lining the shores around Laval for the 2 location Firework show

Military Island Celebrations

Military Island is an Island in the Douglas Islands Where all Services have bases it makes up as the second largest Military Installation in the Country the fireworks are shot off in the Harbour and most enjoy the show on boats around the Island

Since it's past Midnight here's some wordy bits

Rorysville was founded in 1751 as the Colonies of George named after King George at the time the Nation was completly Different the Territories to the North(now Ste.Pierre) belonged to the french as did the Colonies of Marceau and St.Joliet The Colonies stretched over current day states

With the War of Independance in the United States the Colonies of George decided it was their time for their Independance from the Crown.And under a new name and Flag Created by the Fathers of Independance The Nation of Rorysville made it's fight for Indepandance with the First Shots being Fired at a British Garrison on the Streets of New Manchester(RV City).The Army under command of General Campbell would lead this New Nation on it's Rocky Course.As the Colonies of York,Polaris,Inverness and Marceau would all Join in Rorysville's cause.The Name of the new Nation was chosen to be Rorysville as the new Seat of Power laid in the state and City of the Same Name was the Namesake of Founder the Independance Movement Gary Douglas's(Gaz) son Rory the Nation would struggle for 7 long years before gaining indepandance on August 2nd 1809 When the British Finally Surrendered.

July 2nd 1802-Founding Fathers Decide on the name of their new Nation
July 3rd 1802-Letters sent to Militia and Congresses in York,Polaris,Inverness to join in the Struggle
July 4th 1802-British Garrison in New Manchester orders martial Law and the immediate Hanging of any member of the Freedom Fighters
July 5th 1802-British Troops open fire on a Crowd at Lordshead Market.British claim the Crowd was a Meeting of FF's.21 innocent civilians Killed in the Fire
July 6th 1802-Freedom Fighters move into positions across the River From the garrison.Using the rooftops of 3 stone buildings they place artillary batteries.
July 7th 1802-At 5am General Campbell's Men Open Fire on The British Garrison at Fort Celtica(Now where Celtic Field Stands) these opening shots mark the first engagement's in the war.
July 7th 1802-General Masterson Orders the kings soldiers to Take the Other Side of the River and burn any house that helps the Forces of the uprisers.
July 7th 1802-General Campbell places Sharpshooters in 3 key buildings near the Garrison's at Celtica,Harbourlands, and St.Andrew's these Sharpshooters successfully Assasinate General Masterson,as well as 4 Majors,and 3 Colonels before they themselves are hunted and killed by Britsh Troops.the resulting confusion of the chain of commands head being severed results in British Troops Killing innocent Civilians all over the City.
July 7th 9pm-The City is a light with Fires all over Ft. Harbourlands has fallen to General Campbell's Forces.

7 years and 1 month later The Rorysville Forces Would finally see The Nation gain it's Independance

July 7th 2009 The Country Officially Welcomed it's 12th State into the Union
The Lacroix Islands are the 12th State they are also the furthest away from the Mainland a 10 hour flight is required to reach them.
They have also launched themselves internationally with the boost in government Funding for Sports and Transportation. Sports wise they've Started competing in the SIIHF as well as the Simlympics Games.Transportation Wise a new International Airport was Constructed on a man made Island just off the coast of Lacroix Island. Along with the New Airport Sandyhook Aviation Purchased Long Range aircraft to allow them connections to the mainland

The MRAI Built A-330-300 will Serve as a Link to Inverness and RV International

the RVAI built 747-8 Will Serve as the Connector to Marceau International,Polaris International,Superior International,Inverness and Rorysville International

along with that boost the Capital Celebrations took place on Lacroix at the Capital Dome 3 Stages 27 Bands and Fireworks made it an event to remeber(that and the 36 C temp lol)



once the celebrations are over the Area that was serving as Lacroix Airstrip will be dismantled for the Completions of the Construction of the Capital District

At 16:45 PST-The Rorysville City Air Corridor has been ordered Closed.no Civilian or Commercial Aircraft are allowed within the Air Corridore.Any Aircraft Enetringthe Airspace will be met with Fighter escort any Failure to comply with Instructions Will Result in the Authorized Use of Deadly Force.

The Reasons for Closeur of the airspace have not yet been issued.The President will address the Nation and World at 20:00 tonight all networks will carry this.

the Closuer is spectulated to be tied to the Explosion in Bayside Heights this afternoon.All Sporting events in Rorysville State and Marceau State have been postponed for tonight.Stay Tuned for more info as it reaches us.

RVAC Has Learned the Explosion in Bayside Heights was an Assasination attempt on President McNall as well as Jean Lourechelle the Governer General of Marceau.The two were visiting a veterans Cementary to mark the anniversery of the First Marceau War. Details of the attack are slowly being leaked out.

Good Evening Citizens of Rorysville at home and abroad.I come before you today with a heavy heart Jean Lourechelle was assasinated in the attack today on my motorcade.Jean was a great leader and had brought Marceau and Rorysville closer than ever in the history of our Nation.The attack was a blantant attempt to lunge Rorysville into Civil War.Along with Govener General Lourechelle we lost 7 Soldiers and 10 Civilians I am deeply saddned by the loss of life.I have as a result ordered all airports to threat level 4 which means anyone enetring the airport will be screened all bags will be screened and finally anyone disrupting and or acting suspicously will be prosocuted to the highest extent. Furthuremore the group responsable for the attacks will be hunted. I know you are watching at this moment and know this......There is no-where to small no knook to hide in We will find you and we will bring you to justice.

The Rorysville Forces that are currently abroad have been recalled to their home bases.As has all Active Duty has been activated until further notice.The Air corridore over Rorysville City will be re-opened immediatly.I want all of you to go about your lives normally all Spporting events,concerts,festivals will go on.I've talked with the Rorysville and Lacroix Athletes in Hinawa and have asked them to dedicate the rest of the games to the memory of those who lost their lives in the attack.Please be Assured that we will remain safe and there will not be retaliations from Marceau I have Talked to Deputy General Andre Rollanson and he has assured me that the course will remain the same.

For the national leaders of the world watching rest assured Rorysville will remain an ally and will remain ever constantly viggilant.We are requesting that no foreign interference is brought to our shores we will handle our buisness ourselves.

This is a shocking day in Rorysville i was a kid when Marceau Attacked us and this day is on that level.I believe the group responsable for these attacks have awakened a spirit within us and the president I have never seen him as angry as he was tonight.The military released some of the details of the attack.Timeline of events follows.
-16:35-The presidents motorcade was ambushed by a truck loaded with explosives it was engaged by a Loach(DH-9 Assult Chopper) but still managed to detonate in the process of detonating the explosion destroyed the Humvee that was assigned to protection and shrapnell from the explosion knocked the Loach's controls out causing it to crash the shockwave rolled the President's SUV.
-16:36-Presidential Airlift Group left their waiting area and arrived at the blast site.Along with the Arrival of the PAG Choppers were an escort of DH-64's
-16:40-President McNall was transported to his chopper and airlifted to the Mooselift 1 aircraft.Govener General Lourechelle's Body was retrvived from the SUV and loaded aboard another Aircraft for transit to RV Forces Hospital Capital Air Base.
-16:45-Rorysville City Air Space Ordered Closed to all Civilian and Commercial Aircraft.Mooselift 1 Airborn.
-16:51-The last Aircraft touched down at Rorysville International.
-17:02-Mr. Lourouchelle is officially pronounced DOA. His body will be preparred and transported to Laval Tomorrow morning.
