Re: The leaving/returning thread
Well I'm leaving tomorrow and will be back in two weeks (20th). Going on holiday to northern Italy .
But don't worry, sim1234 will be looking after the torch relay and the rest of the ISC will be keeping an eye on everything else. So, the forums are in safe hands.
See ya!

Re: The leaving/returning thread
Alright, I'm home again. Had a fantastic break away, Italy is a beautiful country. I've had a quick look at the forums and it seems to have been really busy whilst I was gone, maybe that's a hint from the community? . This is going to take me the best part of the night to look at everything lol.

Re: The leaving/returning thread
here's the sad thing that hour drive you might be saying wh't you fly?
here's why
I looked up flights to Manchester,NH and Boston(only an hours drive) and the cheapest I found was 420 bucksfacor in a rental car/hotel and the fact that that flight went like this
Detroit-NY JFK-Boston(6 hours)/return-Boston-NY Laguardia-Baltimore-Detroit(9-10 hours of crap)
Driving my 2003 Silverado out there 848 miles I get 650 Miles out of one tank on highway i did the research and at the most it'll cost me 270 bucks in gas and I'll only need a Hotel now no rental car!
Last summer you my not remember this But I drove 14hourS each ay to Minnesota for an Interview. welcome to life in the US Slacker lol i'd be somewhere in the north sea or south france if I drove from your place that long lol. Sad fact I could drive 10 hours North then West and still be in Michigan.
And I may have internet working on finding internet so I can check my email's and fantasy baseball lol
