I only remember him running a #3 twice and both times he won (maybe if he can convince Childress to let go of the 3, he can finally win something). What about that crash on lap 7... I dvr'd it and have only seen 65 laps so far. Watching Grand-Am at Daytona... apparently the 100th Daytona Prototype Race. Brumos Porsche 250.

Steve Park returns to Sprint Cup tonight!

yup, I remember he had a crash back at Darlington in 01', it was apparently alot worse than I thought it was. Bruised brain, that was early september 2001, I think that the first race he was back was Bristol, March 2002. I think that really screwed him up and he hasn't recovered since.

I think he's now recovered and he'll be just fine, NASCAR is very safe now.
Theres also a track in Cleveland right on Lake Erie, called the Grand Prix of Cleveland, Indy car may come back there next year!

Long shot the guy in charge of promotion for it is also in charge of the Houston street race and they are trying to get the houston one back before the Cleveland one. I'm kinda glad since they got rid of the Richmond race, I went to that every year and now I ain't got no race! but next year they're going to Baltimore and I hope its a great race. I remember Rahal finishing 2nd at Houston in 07. 06 was the first Champ Car race I ever saw. I would like to, one day, see the IRL go back to both.

I want the Sprint Cup in Kentucky!

From what I understand SMI (who owns Kentucky Speedway) is actually trying to get a second race in Vegas now rather than a first race in Kentucky. I'd like to see one fewer Pocono race but thats at one of 3 tracks not owned by SMI/ISC. They are defaming the name of the Southern 500 by having it any weekend other than Labor Day... dispicable.

Kentucky and Iowa, cause I was reading SI the other day with an interview with Jr, Johnson, Harvick, Biffle, and Hamlin. They all said they should go to different tracks and such.

But it isn't upto them, its upto Mr. Helton and Mr. France. I'd like to see 1 less race at Michigan, 1less at California but I know that LA is a HUGH market so that ain't gonna happen anytime soon, lose the fall race at atlanta, Lose the July race at NH and at Pocono. I'd also like to see them somewhere besides Watkins Glen but at another RC. (NASCAR at Cleveland )

NICE IDEAS!! Kentucky, Gateway, Montreal, Road America, and Iowa would be great adds.

hmmm, I agree about Kentucky and Gateway, Road America :/ I'd rather see Cup at the Mile. Montreal, I think they'd have some problems with customs and all that. idk, I know they wouldn't have as much stuff for Nationwide action as cup but I've never tried to cross any national borders so Its not really an area I can comment too thoroughly (probably misspelled that). Iowa would be an excellent place to see a race, I do a agree on that. Have you seen the IRL races there? closest indy car racing i've seen anywhere in a long time except the occasional Kansas or Texas photo finish.
